In short
- The website has no contact forms, accounts or newsletter sign-up. You contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, and only you decide what to share.
- The readiness assessment is calculated in your browser. Your answers are not saved and are not sent to PathWeave.
- PathWeave does not set its own cookies or use your browser’s storage. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set one security cookie.
- We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics from Cloudflare to understand page visits. We do not use advertising or retargeting tools, and we do not sell personal information.
Information you provide
When you email us at [email protected], call or message us on +91 77008 83315 (including on WhatsApp), or contact us on LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to include. Usually that is your name, contact details, company, city and a description of the business question you want to discuss.
Some links on the site open a pre-written email subject or WhatsApp message, such as “I’d like to discuss an HR Health Check”. You can edit or delete that text before sending. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
Please share only what is needed to describe your enquiry. If you want a confidentiality agreement in place before sharing business details, tell us in your first message.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, pathweave.in is delivered by servers that receive standard technical information with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the referring page, your browser and device type, and the date and time. This information is handled by our hosting and security providers, described in hosting, security and analytics services below.
The readiness assessment
The readiness assessment asks you to rate 15 statements about how your organisation operates. It does not ask for your name, email address or company name.
- Your score is calculated by code running in your browser.
- Your answers and results are not saved in your browser, in cookies or anywhere else, and they disappear when you leave or reload the page.
- Your answers are not sent to PathWeave, and they are not included in website analytics.
- If you choose to print or save your scorecard, that copy stays with you.
If you would like to discuss your results, you decide what to tell us when you get in touch.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss whether and how we can help;
- scope, agree and deliver any work you ask us to carry out;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you; and
- meet legal, accounting or tax obligations that apply to us.
We use automatically collected information to keep the website available and secure, and to understand which pages are visited so that we can improve the site.
We do not use the website for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Hosting, security and analytics services
The website relies on two service providers, which process technical information on our behalf when you visit:
- GitHub (GitHub Pages)
- Hosts the website’s files and serves them to Cloudflare.
- Cloudflare
- Delivers the website and protects it. This includes:
- Security and bot protection, which may run a short browser check and set a security cookie (see cookies).
- Email address protection, which hides our email address from automated scrapers. It loads a small Cloudflare script that shows the address to you.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records page views and page-load performance, such as the page address, referring page, browser type and loading times. It does not use cookies or browser storage to identify you.
The website does not load fonts, scripts or images from any other third party. Links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp take you to those services, which handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and browser storage
PathWeave does not set any cookies of its own and does not use local storage, session storage or similar browser storage.
Cloudflare may set one cookie as part of its security service:

Because the website uses no advertising, tracking or other non-essential cookies, there is no cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the security cookie, you may be asked to complete the check again.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers described above, and with providers we use to run our email, phone and messaging, so that we can operate;
- with professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed; and
- where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Retention
We keep correspondence and enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable legal, accounting or operational requirements. Assessment answers are never stored.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website and Cloudflare’s security protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information by email or messaging unless we have agreed how to handle it.
Your choices and rights
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including, for users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Depending on where you are located and applicable law, you may be able to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to certain uses; and
- withdraw consent, where we rely on your consent.
To make a request or raise a concern, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Where information is processed
PathWeave works from India. Our hosting and security providers run global networks, so technical information about your visit may be processed in other countries.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website handles information changes — for example, if we add a contact form — we will update this policy and the “last updated” date above.
