PathWeave is a boutique management consulting firm, founded in April 2020. We bring business, people and technology together to help organisations move from where they are today to what they need to become.

Why PathWeave exists

Transformation is easier to talk about than to make real.

Organisations rarely struggle because they lack another idea. More often, the challenge is turning the right idea into a way of working that people can understand, adopt and sustain.

PathWeave was built around that reality. Our work connects strategy with operating models, people with processes, and technology with execution — so change becomes part of how the organisation works rather than another initiative running alongside it.

The people behind PathWeave

Two founders, two sides of the same problem.

One has spent a career inside sales organisations; the other inside people functions. Most growth problems need both perspectives in the same conversation.

Srrinivas is a business leader with 18+ years across revenue growth, sales transformation, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, sales operations, CRM and go-to-market execution. He started in frontline and regional sales, and went on to lead commercial transformation at Kohler India and serve as Senior Vice President – Sales Planning & Excellence at Info Edge (Naukri.com).

At PathWeave he brings that operating view to business and management consulting: Sales Excellence and Commercial Excellence, CRM and sales-process transformation and sales analytics and dashboard design.

Founder · leads PeopleOS

Renu brings deep experience in people, HR and organisational transformation. Her work focuses on building practical people systems, leadership capability, organisational structures and operating practices that help businesses scale with greater clarity and ownership.

PeopleOS draws on her HR leadership, consulting and outsourced HR delivery experience — and on hands-on HR operations work, including payroll and statutory filings, delivered in-house rather than handed off.
